"Pulls 5w max, usually much less. We powered ours for many hours off a 2100mah 14.8v battery. We sent it to an altitude of 110,000' (33.5km), subjecting it to cold, winds, etc, without a reboot. Survived a 60' (20m) fall after hanging in a tree overnight. Very little RF, didn't even have to shield our GPS from it"
